1995 Rover 216 SE Coupe (manual).  This car is in very good condition and drives superbly.  It comes as standard with a targa style removeable roof and still has the original bags and boot clips to hold the 2 glass roof pieces when removed.  It has only covered 69,000 miles and has 95% of its service history since new.

Interior & Exterior

This car has a 1600cc 16v tranverse 4 cylinder engine with a 5 speed gearbox and PGM F1 fuel injection system.  The 216 Coupe benefits over it's 2 litre brother due to it's Honda engine.  The Honda engine is very responsive and much more reliable than the Rover engines used in most of the other 200 series models.

The car has no exterior modifications and comes with removeable targa roof, original roof bags, electric windows, remote central locking, immobilser and electric mirrors.  All of the electrics are fully functional and the car has recently been fitted with a Sony face-off CD head unit.

Other Bits 'n' Pieces

The car has also recently has new brake discs, pads and tyres fitted, both front and back.  The cam belt was changed at approximately 60,000 miles and has the supporting documentation with the service history.

It was MOT'd in the beginning of February 2005 and does not currently have any road tax.

General Condition

As you can see from the pictures the car has no rust anywhere on the bodywork inside or out.  This is unusual with these cars as a lot of them have rust in the base of the boot due to poorly manufactured boot seals and position of the boot drain point.

The bodywork is in very good condition with no paint fade or lacquer flacking anywhere.  There is dent in the middle of the plastic rear bumper but this has not effected the paintwork, it can be seen in the photo of the rear of the car.  It also has a scuff on the front left bumper 'bump strip' (the black bit).

But I'm sure you weren't expecting it to be totally unmarked for a 10 year old car.
